Digging for Chocolate Chips

On friday the 15th we mined for chocolate chips. This is how you do it:1st get a chocolate chippie biscuit. Then you get a toothpick and a napkin. Then you put the chocolate chippie biscuit on the napkin. You get the toothpick and start picking at the chocolate chips. Try not to touch the biscuit! We did this to learn about the environment and how mining effects the earth. by Erin & Kes

Pacific Art

Pacific Art By Stella
Last term Room five had the exciting opportunity to be filmed creating Pacific Art.

They worked really hard looking at design, colour, symmetry, construction and the question 'what is Pacific Art?'

Lots of great thinking, time and effort went into these pieces.
The finished art works look fantastic! Please feel free to comment and give feedback.
If you have not come into class to see them I would encourage you to do so.
